1. Agreement to terms

By using BooknTrim (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The Service is provided by BooknTrim; contact: rokas.razmas.work@gmail.com. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You may optionally sign in with a Google account; the same Terms apply.

2. Service description

BooknTrim is a booking platform for solo barbers, providing a public booking page, schedule, client list, and optional notifications. The Service may be updated or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or changing technical requirements.

3. User account

Accounts are created with an email address and password. You are responsible for account security, accurate information, and lawful use of client data. You must not abuse the Service, send spam, or interfere with its operation.

4. Payments and subscription

After any stated free period, a paid subscription is charged at the price shown at purchase. It renews automatically until cancelled in the dashboard or Stripe portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Charges for a started period are refunded only where required by law or expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Limitation of liability

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Barbers remain responsible for their services, prices, schedules, and client relationships. To the extent allowed by law, BooknTrim is not liable for indirect losses or third-party service outages; mandatory legal rights are not limited.

6. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email or in the platform. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Lithuanian law governs these terms without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
